Welcome to the research page of the DM² Lab!

The Digital Markets & Media (DM²) Lab conducts empirical research on two interconnected aspects of today's digital transformation. First, we study how digitization affects markets, firms, and consumers, with a particular focus on media and content industries. Second, we examine the economics of intellectual property, exploring how technological change affects the economic foundations of copyright policy. Across both areas, our goal is to generate evidence-based insights that inform policy design and managerial decision-making.
